A team consists of 3 people who start together, each running 5 km. Their times are added together.
- Mini-Kulturlaf: 5-12 years
- 5 km: from 12 years
- 10 km, 10 miles, half marathon: from 16 years
- Friday, September 5th: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
- Saturday, September 6th: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm

Yes, using a chip embedded in the race number. Net time will be recorded.

- Finish area: refreshments available for all runners
Yes, at Lycée Bel-Val. A shuttle service will run between the finish area and the school (approx. 1 km).

A 1 km run for children aged 5 to 12 years, free of charge and without timing. Fun is the main goal.
Every child receives a T-shirt. At the finish line, each child gets a medal, a snack and a drink.

Unfortunately not – the routes are not barrier-free and therefore not suitable for wheelchairs.
